ADD Marine in Greece has entered into an expanded partnership agreement with the Danish company Hoyer VMS Group. The agreement means that ADD Marine can now offer both servicing and repair of, for example, marine engines and turbochargers as well as the supply of electric motors and energy optimization.
The Danish motor and service company Hoyer VMS Group has recently presented financial results with strong growth on both the top and bottom lines. Revenue totaled USD1$35 million (DKK 867 million) in 2025 compared to USD$114 million (DKK 733 million) in 2024, while earnings of USD$18 million (DKK 118 million; EBITDA) were USD$1.25 million (DKK 8 million) higher than the previous year.
Hoyer VMS Group, a global partner for power and motion solutions at sea, is expanding its Asian headquarters in Ningbo, China. The 3,800 square meters warehouse and workshop expansion enhances Hoyer VMS capabilities in supporting shipowners, fleet managers, shipyards and OEM customers across Asia.
