The Norwegian oil and gas major Equinor ASA said it has completed the purchase of a 50% stake in the Baltyk I offshore wind project (OWP) in Poland from Polenergia.The Bałtyk 1 offshore location license allows for a development of a wind farm with a capacity up to 1560MW. Equinor will own up to 780MW.

Navios Maritime Partners (NMP) s agreed to acquire eleven vessels and liquidate Navios Europe I.As of September 30, 2019, Navios Partners had a receivable of $48.2 million from Navios Europe I. On November 22, 2019, an agreement was reached to liquidate Navios Europe I. The agreement is subject to definitive documentation which is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

The Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) L’Adroit has adopted the Argentinian flag and becomes the A.R.A. BOUCHARD. The first one of the four OPVs ordered by Argentina has been designed and developed by Naval Group on its own resources. The Port of Indiana-Burns Harbor will host Indiana’s first U.S. Navy vessel commissioning ceremony when it commissions the USS Indianapolis littoral combat ship on Saturday, Oct. 26 at its facility on Lake Michigan.The commissioning of USS Indianapolis will mark the fourth time a U.S. Navy vessel will bear the name of Indiana’s capital city.
