Damen Signs with KS&EW for Another ASD Tug

Damen Shipyards Group signed a contract with Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) for the materials package of a third ASD Tug 2009 under the Damen Technical Cooperation (DTC). The order follows a contract of two ASD Tugs 2009 signed in July 2019. KS&EW are building all three vessels with Damen’s support.

Dutch shipbuilding conglomerate Damen Shipyards Group signed a contract with Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) for a Damen Technical Cooperation (DTC) Material Package.The contract will see KS&EW constructing two Damen ASD Tugs 2009 with Damen’s support, said the company which operates 36 shipbuilding and repair yards.

Norway-based Saga Tankers ASA has completed its reorganization.It's 100% owned subsidiaries Strata Marine & Offshore AS, Saga Julie AS, Saga Unity AS and Saga Chelsea AS have completed the merger with Saga Tankers ASA, the company announced. As a result, all assets has been transferred to Saga Tankers ASA. This include, but are not limited to, shares in Vistin Pharma ASA.
