Bibby Subsea Completes Decommissioning Work for Shell

Bibby Offshore’s Houston-based division, Bibby Subsea, has completed a significant contract with Shell Pipeline, a subsidiary of Shell Oil US.   Through its strategic alliance with U.S. diving company, Aqueos Corporation, Bibby Subsea completed the subsea decommissioning project in the Gulf of Mexico, utilizing its diving support vessel (DSV) Bibby Sapphire.

Shipping Perks up at Port of Little Rock

June saw a return to strong activity at the Port of Little Rock. Logistic Services Inc. (LSI), the Port’s stevedore, handled 42 barges with over 64,000 net tons of cargo during the month.  The main dock was busier as LSI worked 25 barges with over 37,000 net tons. The slackwater harbor dock handled 27,000 tons from 17 barges.
