Damen Shipyards has delivered two Combi Freighter (CF) 5000 vessels to Squtrixo General Trading, with the third vessel CF 3850 in final stages of delivery.During the maiden voyage of the two CF 5000 vessels, Damen is monitoring performance via its onboard IoT system, Damen Triton.The system collects and analyses data from thousands of sensors located around the vessel.

Gasum and Equinor have launched a series of liquefied biomethane (bio-LNG) bunkering operations in Norway's Port of Dusavik, with bio-LNG being bunkered to Equinor’s chartered platform supply vessel Island Crusader.The first bio-LNG delivery was successfully carried out mid-July. Dutch shipbuilder Damen has presented the latest vessel in its Compact Tugs product platform – the ASD Tug 1810.Just over 18 meters long, the ASD Tug 1810 is capable of 30 tonnes of bollard pull ahead and 28 tonnes bollard pull astern.Like the other vessels in the range, the ASD Tug 1810 features clutter free decks.The ASD Tug 1810 also boasts the patented Damen Twin Fin skeg.
